Why won’t my log in and/or password work?
Existing My Account users:

If you are an existing My Account user, use the same credentials to log into the mobile app. Your email address and password will be the same in the mobile app.
Forgot password:
If you have registered for My Account since June 2020, but have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password?🐲 on My Account or the mobile app and reset your password. Any changes made to the log in information will take effect on both My Account and the mobile app immediately.
